Policies

Shipping & Delivery

· Inside Dhaka delivery: ৳60 BDT.
· Outside Dhaka delivery: ৳120 BDT.
· Free pickup available at North South University and Independent University Bangladesh.
· Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1–3 business days; outside Dhaka 3–5 business days.
· Payment: bKash or Cash on Delivery. Pay in cash when your order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

· Inspect your order at delivery. Report damage or wrong items within 48 hours at hello@hriti.co and we will replace or refund it.
· Unused pieces in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
· Refunds are issued via bKash within 5 business days of receiving a return. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order details.

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with our delivery partners as needed to complete your order, and retained for accounting and warranty purposes.
